Located in Jausiers, in the Ubaye valley, the Residence Château des Magnans by NEVESOL is composed of a castle (with only 10 apartments) and 3 annex buildings (studios and T3 duplex type). The establishment offers a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna.

All apartments in the annex buildings have a terrace or a balcony. Some apartments have a view of the valley. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. A free access to the swimming pool and the sauna

-The residence is located at the entrance to the Col de la Bonnette road, a popular road for cyclists in the Mercantour National Park.

The residence is 7 km away from Barcelonnette and 30 minutes by car from the Italian border. You can park for free in the parking lot or in the garage. There is a free shuttle service to nearby ski resorts and villages.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

Please note that the reception is closed between 12:00 and 15:00. If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please inform the rental property in advance.

Breakfast is charged at EUR 10 for adults and EUR 8 for children under 12.

A security deposit of EUR 250 for a studio and EUR 450 for other flats is required on arrival.

A pre-authorisation will be made by credit card and closed 24 hours after your departure.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. The charges are as follows: Double bed linen 16€ Single bed linen 8€of towels per person 4€. The cleaning must be done at the time of departure and if not, it will be charged 50€ for a studio; 75€ for a medium flat and 100€ for a large flat. As the property is located in a residential area, we ask you to avoid excessive noise. Please note thatspecial requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
